How Do I Pay For Daily Parking?
Please see instructional signage on the property of which you are parked. Payment is typically accepted via scan to pay/mobile application signage on open lots and through pay on foot or pay in lane machines in a gated facility. If further assistance is required, please call the local regional office for further assistance.
Can I Reserve Parking?
Parking can be purchased in advance online for select locations through our 3rd party partners Spothero and Parkwhiz. If multiple parking spaces are required, please call our office to arrange for group reservations.
Where Do You Have Parking?
You have the option of scrolling through our Locations Tab to see a map of locations or click “Search for Parking”.
How Do I Dispute/Pay For A Citation
Visit our payment and appeals website at Douglas.rmcpay.com to pay or appeal a citation. If you require further assistance, please contact our main office at (510) 444-7412.
Why Did I Get A Ticket?
A ticket is usually issued for the reasons listed below:
- Non-payment
- Late-payment
- Non-displayed permit
- Parking in a reserved stall
- 48-hour Parking Violations (Car must be moved every 48 Hours)
Keep in mind when parking as a daily Parker, payment must be made before walking off lot. If payment is made after a citation is issued, then the ticket will still need to be paid.
Do You Have Parking Availability? What Are Your Prices?
Unless a parking reservation is made online or through our office, parking is on a first come first served basis.

How Do I Sign Up For Monthly Parking?
Monthly parking can be requested online by clicking the “Search for Parking” tab or by navigating to douglas.mgzephire.com. You may also inquire about monthly parking by clicking here. Is There A Security/Attendant On The Lots/Garages?
Attendants on the lots/garage vary per location. It is important to remember that all locations are park-at-your-own-risk. Douglas Parking is not liable for any theft or damages caused to vehicles while parked in our facilities.
Is There Overnight Parking? Secured Parking?
We offer overnight parking at nearly all open lots and some garages. To confirm if a lot/garage has overnight parking, please call our main office at (510) 444-7412.
Only secured parking would be our Garages, open lots are not secured. Please keep in mind all establishments are park-at-your-own-risk whether it is secured parking or not.
